32nd Week

Man Oh Man my belly has really popped!! Although once again the belly is looking slightly bigger than it is. We went to Idaho Falls this past weekend to visit Cody's parents! It was so great to see them!

Baby Ryan is doing marvelous (as usual)! I've been very lucky to have had such a wonderful and healthy pregnancy! I am starting to get really uncomfortable though & my belly dropped quite a bit in this past week, he's laying much lower! But am very thankful that I have gained ALL of my weight in my belly & boobs!

31st Week

Only 9 Weeks left! Yay! I went to the doctor today and everything is looking great! His heartbeat is perfect and my blood pressure was 124/80. Everything is measuring right on track! We can't wait for him to finally be here! My belly pokes STRAIGHT OUT! Looks like a basketball, I luckily haven't gotten big all the way around :)

30th Week!

Well, Only 10 weeks left now! We went up to Washington this past weekend for Thanksgiving to see my parents! We had such a great time.. even though it was quite a drive! Baby Ryan is doing EXCELLENT as usual :) Just growing and kicking like crazy. When we were in Washington we had a baby shower with all my family up there and it went perfectly! Yesterday, I got into the nesting mode and washed all his clothes and set everything up so it's all ready for him. I did it now because I am starting to have no energy or motivation to do much because my body is working so hard at making this little guy! So I wanted to get it done while I still had a tiny bit of energy :)

How far along? 30 Weeks

Total weight gain: 25 lbs
Maternity clothes? leggings & maternity jeans and also maternity shirts most of the time
Stretch marks? a little on my hips
Sleep: it changes everyday! some nights I maybe get four hours of sleep out of the 9 hours I lay in bed and other nights I can sleep sound!
Best moment this week: Thanksgiving with my family!
Miss Anything? wearing my cute pre pregnancy winter clothes and high heeled boots! 
Movement: constantly! he is getting so big and crammed in there now that he just rolls around!
Food cravings: anything lemon flavored! Also loving the sweets!
Anything making you queasy or sick: ground beef makes me feel yucky! and pop because of the carbonation.
Gender: Boy
Labor Signs: Nope, but have been having braxton hicks sometimes
Symptoms: Terrible heartburn which turns into being nauceous if I don't take anything for it. Really tired and sore hips and back
Belly Button in or out? starting to poke out a little bit
Wedding rings on or off? one on one off. the wedding band that goes with my ring was getting pretty snug so I took it off.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy :) But very sensitive ( I get my feelings hurt easily )
Looking forward to: All of the Holidays! It's been great so far and It is showing that we are one step closer to baby Ryan getting here. 

29th Week Ultrasound pictures!

Today, we had another ultrasound of our sweet baby boy Ryan. And he is doing PERFECT! BPM 159 and perfect growth so far! And 10 fingers and 10 toes!

7 Months! & A Rodgers Update!

Well I am 7 months along now & in my 3rd Trimester! In my 29th Week to be exact :) I gotta go take my glucose test tomorrow which should be a blast... not! ha. Baby Ryan is growing great and moving around like crazy ALL the time! Which has made sleeping a challenge. The third trimester has definitely brought on some crappy symptoms that I didn't have to deal with during the second trimester. I wish I could just to the second trimester twice in a row haha!

Saturday we put up our Christmas tree! Early, I know but we won't be in town next weekend because we are going to Washington to visit my family so we put it up early:)

Sunday we went on a drive up in the mountains :) And we found some snow! Yay!:)

27th Week!

BabyCenter says that baby Ryan weighs almost 2 pounds and is about 15 inches long :) He is getting so big! 1 more week & I will be in my third and final trimester! Yay! He is almost done cookin and ready to be in mommy and daddy's arms :)

He is big enough now that I can feel every move that he makes! I love it so much :)

How far along? 26 Weeks & 3 Days
Total weight gain: almost 20 pounds!
Maternity clothes? everything! especialy leggings though!
Stretch marks? A little on my boobs but none anywhere else, definitely starting to develop that lovely brown line below my belly button though !
Sleep: sleep? what's that? ha
Best moment this week: Being able to feel every move that the baby makes.. he is starting to get big!
Miss Anything? My cute skinny girl fall clothes :)
Movement: NON stop! He is such an activel little guy!
Food cravings: cinnamon & lemon mostly!
Anything making you queasy or sick: red meat

Labor Signs: No ( some braxton hicks though )Symptoms: round ligament pain, back aches, hips hurting very badly at night!

Looking forward to: Our next doctors appointment on the 22nd!:) Except that I have to take my glucose test, I hate having my blood taken.. I'm such a baby!

26th Week!:)

26th Week already! I can't believe I am one week away from the 3rd trimester!! Baby Ryan is kicking and wiggling like crazy!! We can't wait for him to finally be here! We love him so much already!

Doctors Appointment

Had a doctors appointment today, everything was looking perfect! They measured my belly, pushed on my belly to see how big baby is, listened to his heartbeat, took my blood pressure, weight and checked my sugar. Everything was right where it is supposed to be! They gave me the glucose that I have to drink before my next appointment to check for gestational diabetes, which I am not looking forward too! The doctor did say that she is pretty sure I will be in the clear though, because my weight has been great and so has my sugar!:)


We are looking forward to this weekend, Cody's parent's are coming to visit us for his mom's birthday! We are so stinkin excited to see them! Miss them so much! And since we won't see them again until christmas... it makes it even more exciting that we get to see them in a couple days!:)

25th Week & Video of Baby Ryan kicking!

Well in the 25th week now! Time is flying by! And it hope it continues to, because we are so excited for him to finally be here!

24th Week!

Everything is wonderful in the Rodgers fam right now! We are both SO ready for baby Ryan to be here though! I have a doctors appointment next week to check on everything and i'm sure it will all be PERFECT!

22 Weeks & 5 Days!

Well, Getting close to 6 months! And man oh man baby Ryan is growing like crazy!! & kicking like crazy too! He always gives a HUGE kick when Cody puts his hand on my belly :) The other night Cody was laying next to me and would say "Ryan" right next to my belly and he would kick hah. then he wouldn't say anything for a few seconds.. then he'd say "Ryan" again and he would kick again. It was so awesome :) He already knows his name hahaha!! Cody and I are both getting so excited to be parents!

So one thing i've noticed to be more pronounced lately is, I am literally the most clumsy & air headed person ever!! I hit an arm, leg or foot on my coffee table at least one a day! I trip over stuff all the time.. And my belly runs into doorknobs haha!!! Last night Cody bent down to pick up something and when he went to stand back up, his head hit my belly! It was soo stinkin funny! We just aren't used to my belly sticking out so far! 

But anyways, Ryan is doing GREAT! And so are Cody and I! We are excited for the Holidays to be coming up! We are going to my parents for Thanksgiving up in Washougal, Washington. And to Cody's parents for Christmas over in Idaho Falls! But after those two trips.. we are staying home until baby ry gets here! And everyone can come and see us :)

Idaho Supercross!

Saturday & Saturday night Cody and I went to the Idaho Supercross at the Meridian Speedway! It was soooo much fun! Cody was just lit up the whole time, it was so cool! Nick Wey ended up winning the whole thing!

MX day!

So yesterday, Cody and I got to meet Andrew Short, Trey Canard & Brock Sellards. All of which are pro moto guys! Cody was soooo excited! He turned into a little kid, it was adorable! We got autographs on all their posters to frame and put in Baby Ryan's bedroom! And Trey Canard even put to Ryan on his :)  We stayed and talked with them for a little bit, they are actually really cool guys! Below is a picture with Cody & Andrew Short! :)

21 Weeks & 4 Days!

Well in week 22 now! Baby Ryan is getting so much bigger & moving around like crazy! Feeling him move is the most amazing feeling ever!!

I keep track of everything with the pregnancy on babycenter.com, here is the picture of how big he is this week! And he is a little bit bigger than in this picture because he is growing a little ahead of schedule

20 Weeks & 4 Days!

Well, over half way now! The past twenty weeks has FLOWN by and i'm sure that the next twenty will go by twice as fast! I just cannot wait for our sweet baby boy to be here! I just wanna hold him in my arms :) He sure is getting big! At out last doctors appointment he weighed 13 oz. which is couple ounces more than average. So, i'm thinking that he will show up a few days before his due date if he keeps growing ahead of schedule. So we will see... :)

It's a BOY!!

Yay! We just found out today that we are having a baby BOY! Soooo incredibly exciting!! He is on track 100%! Growing perfect & normal!! I just can't wait to see our sweet sweet baby boy!

20 Weeks & 1 Day!!!!!:)

One Week...

One week from today we have another doctors appointment. And we get to find out for 100% what we are having! We are soooo excited! At my last ultrasound the ultrasound tech said that she was 90% sure it's a boy! I have felt like it is a boy from the day I knew I was pregnant. So I'm pretty confident that its a boy :) but it will be nice to know FOR SURE!!

Honeymoon in Newport, Oregon

We went on our Honeymoon to Newport, Oregon. It was SO much fun! The weather was a lot different than here at home, but it was a nice break from the heat!

On our way, we stopped at Multnomah Falls

 Looking down and seeing that ring on his hand is the most amazing feeling in the whole world.

 We went to the Oregon Coast Aquarium and there wasn't a lot of big fish but there were a lot of odd fish that were interesting :)

 Yaquina Bay Lighthouse that we went and saw. We got to go to the very top! Cody loved it, I was terrified because it was so high up.
